Was born on February 4, 1975 in the small town of Dunaievtsi, Khmelnytskyi region in a family of the artist, school teacher of history and nurse. In the childhood Viktor often was in the Cossack valley where there lived the grandmother of maternal grandmother Rafaila Voitivna who told about the cruel Cossack fights of Khmelnytskyi times which occurred in the Cossack valley. It has influenced on the further formation of national consciousness. Repeatedly participated in the Olympic Games in history and geography, taking prizes. The father Pavlo Prodanchuk being a school art teacher, has imparted to Viktor love to art that has affected the future of the boy. In 1990 he entered the Kosvivskyi college of decorative and applied art on the specialty of metal art. During one of excursion trips to Lviv, Lev's city so impressed Viktor that he decided further to combine the life with the capital of the Western Ukraine. In 1995 he entered the Lviv Academy of Arts and obtained the graphic designer's phases. During tuition at Academy of arts he joined to the restoration of Uspenskyi, Zlatoverkhyi cathedrals, Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and church of the Nativity on the Podol where read the burial songs over Taras Shevchenko. After the end of study from 2001 to 2004 worked in the firms which are engaged in the restoration. In 2005 he opened the own entity “Kuznia “Modern”. And began the restoration of the metal elements of the historical part of Lviv. From 3 years in 2008 the firm “Oberig”, which on the restored doors establishes on-door speakerphones is founded. During “the Advantage revolution” repeatedly helped to the Maidan protesters. During volunteer work one of the founders of security "Warta-1", patrolled Lviv and protected historical and architectural monuments. In 2014 he founds the firm “Oberig Group”, which recovers the majority of buildings of the historical part of Lviv. Since young years he is fond and engaged of the sculpture, a graphics, experiments with various technicians and materials (bronze, glass, chamotte, wood, a galvanics, copper). He uses in his works the elements of ancient cultures.
