North Queensferry Lighthouse
The drawing is of North Queensferry Lighthouse, situated almost under the iconic Forth Rail Bridge. The mixed media piece has newspaper print with some highlights. I have always been fascinated by these monuments and their significance as steadfast guardians of the coastline. The distinctive colour schemes and patterns that make them easily distinguishable from their wild surroundings. Each piece aims to evoke the quiet majesty and unwavering resilience of these coastal sentinels. This piece was part of a larger exhibtion called Lights Out.
