David Koster

British

British 20th century printmaker and illustrator who studied at the Slade School of Art and later at the Medway College of Design. Best known for his lithographs, etchings, and coloured woodblock prints, which often feature scenes from nature in bold colours. His work was exhibited at the Royal Academy in London and at the Society of Wildlife Artists, of whom he was a founder member. He had a long association with the Highlands of Scotland, where he had a holiday home in Plockton.
